Nothing. The opt-in form does not submit data to any server owned or operated by this site, and there is no database behind it.

Your browser opens a prefilled message in your own email client, addressed to safal0645@gmail.com. The message contains the work email you typed, the optional company field, your answer to the self-test question, the consent statement you checked, and partner attribution. Nothing leaves your device until you press send in your email client.

The consent checkbox is required and never pre-checked. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or any automated mailing list — no such list is connected. Email sent to the address above is used to reply with the requested materials and related follow-up about this research, and nothing else.

None. This site sets no cookies of its own, embeds no analytics or advertising scripts, and does not build visitor profiles. If a URL contains ref, utm_source, utm_medium, or utm_campaign, those values are only carried through the page and copied into the email you choose to send, so the referral source is visible to the recipient.

The self-test, proof card, and sample JSON proof are static files. Downloading them requires no form, no email address, and no identification. Standard web server request logs of the host may exist as an ordinary part of serving files.

If you emailed and want your message and address deleted, write to safal0645@gmail.com with “delete my data” and it will be removed from the mailbox.
